INSTRUCTIONS:

  2. Dry shake (shake without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to build foam.

  3. Add ice and shake again for another 15 seconds.

  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

  5. Garnish with a few dashes of bitters and a cherry.
