EASY VEGAN MAYO RECIPE WITH AQUAFABA POWDER - CREAMY AND EGG-FREE

Instructions:

- Add the Dijon mustard, vinegar (or lemon juice), and salt. Whisk together until combined.
- Slowly drizzle in the oil while blending with an immersion blender (or whisk vigorously). Keep blending until the mixture emulsifies and reaches a creamy mayo-like consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. For a tangier mayo, add more vinegar or lemon juice.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
